Terms and Conditions

1. Appointments & Bookings

  • All appointments are subject to availability.

  • Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.

  • Clients must arrive on time. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made outside this notice period may be charged a percentage 50% or full treatment cost.

  • Failure to attend an appointment without notice (“no-show”) will result in a full charge.

3. Deposits

  • Certain treatments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.

  • Deposits are deducted from the total cost of the treatment.

  • Deposits are forfeited if cancellation terms are not met.

4. Late Arrivals

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to avoid delays to other clients.

  • If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and charged.

5. Payments & Pricing

  • Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept [cash / card / online payments].

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Refunds & Complaints

  • We do not offer refunds on completed treatments.

  • If you are unhappy with a service, please notify us during or within 24 hours of your appointment so we can resolve the issue.

  • Retail products may be exchanged or refunded within 7 days, provided they are unopened and in original condition.

7. Medical Conditions & Client Responsibility

  • Clients must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, medications, recent treatments, and skin conditions prior to treatment.

  • Failure to disclose relevant information may result in adverse reactions, for which the salon is not liable.

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is unsafe or unsuitable.

8. Patch Testing

  • Patch tests are required 48 hours before certain treatments, including lash tinting and some advanced skin treatments.

  • Failure to attend a required patch test may result in treatment refusal and cancellation charges.

9. Lash Tinting

  • A patch test is mandatory prior to lash tinting treatments.

  • Results vary depending on hair type, lifestyle, and aftercare.

  • We are not responsible for reactions where patch test or aftercare advice has not been followed.

10. Gel Nails

  • Gel nail results and longevity vary depending on lifestyle and aftercare.

  • We are not responsible for lifting, breakage, or damage caused by misuse, picking, biting, or normal wear and tear.

  • Gel nail treatments are not suitable for clients with fungal infections, open wounds, or nail disorders.

  • Removal of gel nails applied elsewhere may incur an additional charge.

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours to be considered for repair.

11. Advanced Skin Treatments (General)

Advanced skin treatments include but are not limited to:

  • Dermal Needling (Microneedling)

  • Dermaplaning

  • LED Light Therapy

  • Chemical Peels

  • A full consultation is required prior to all advanced treatments.

  • Results vary, and multiple sessions may be required.

  • Clients must follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions.

Dermal Needling (Microneedling)

  • Temporary redness, sensitivity, dryness, or mild swelling may occur.

  • Not suitable for clients who are pregnant, have active acne, skin infections, or certain medical conditions.

  • Strict aftercare must be followed to minimise risks.

Dermaplaning

  • Dermaplaning removes dead skin and vellus hair; hair does not grow back thicker or darker.

  • Mild redness or sensitivity may occur.

  • Not suitable for inflamed acne or open lesions.

LED Light Therapy

  • LED therapy is non-invasive, and results are cumulative.

  • Results are not guaranteed.

  • Not suitable for clients with light sensitivity disorders or those using photosensitising medications.

Chemical Peels

  • Chemical peels may cause redness, peeling, dryness, or irritation.

  • Clients must avoid sun exposure, active skincare ingredients, and certain treatments before and after treatment.

  • Patch testing may be required.

12. Results Disclaimer

  • Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

  • No refunds are given due to dissatisfaction with results where treatments have been correctly performed, and aftercare has been provided.

13. Children & Guests

  • Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

14. Personal Belongings

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought into the salon.

15. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is unsafe, inappropriate, or if a client behaves in a disrespectful or abusive manner.

16. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Vouchers must be redeemed before their expiry date.

  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

17. Privacy

  • All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • The most recent version will be available in-salon and/or on our website.
